stating the obvious

Well, there really isn't much to get. You can evidently tell the black trail of smears and footprints being left behind by this "wormthing", and though as hard it may seem due to the size of the pic you can tell by the look on her face that it isn't pretty. So it really must be a bad thing that happened.
The clouded effect gives it a dream-state look but its really grainy. I don't know the purpose of those white streaks, but I'm sure that confused some people a bit. Are there any effects or layer effects that can help with the grain?

well, the lines on the bottom where suppose to be black, but they blended in too much. So i tried making them pop... but i guess that didn't turn out so well....

The grainy stuff i meant to do... make it look old and stuff...

Looking good.

I do like alot of the details in there, but also be careful not to overdo it. I like how the puppeteer bows with the puppet in the top corner in the dark. Its good to have where people can read the text, but it's also important to keep the placing within a agreeable size inside the word bubbles.
Sometimes its hard, but also helps to compromise what you can do with it. The paneling is looking pretty good.

darkness, imprisoning me!

This sorta look like a movie poster ad, but I'm pretty sure that isn't what you're going for. The dark grainy look is hmm, somewhat comfusing. The font looks alright, but if you're going for a more of a dramatic look, I would suggest perhaps a few that may best suit the scene.
